IT turnover in Armenia grew by 30.4% in the first half of 2025, according to a senior official.
Sergey Muradyan, advisor to the Vice Speaker of Parliament, said during the State & Tech Bridge discussion that the number of jobs in the sector also increased.
“In June–July alone, the number of employees in the sector grew by 878,” he said.
The event was attended by government officials as well as representatives from NVIDIA, DataArt, ServiceTitan, Siemens, AMD, and others.
The discussion focused on tax benefits, R&D promotion mechanisms, and the specificities of tax administration in the sector.
The goal of the event was to ensure open dialogue between the government and the IT sector.
