The Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia Narek Mkrtchyan met with Robert Doar, President of the American Enterprise Institute (AEI), the Embassy of Armenia to the United States of America has said in a statement.

The discussion focused on recent developments in Armenia–U.S. relations, particularly following the August 8 Washington Peace Declaration, as well as opportunities for cooperation within the framework of research and analytical initiatives.

AEI is one of the most influential think tanks in the United States, conducting studies on government, politics, economics, social welfare, and foreign and defense policy.

As a result of the meeting, the sides agreed to collaborate on research topics of mutual interest.
