We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Window Blind & Shade Installer to join our team. This role involves measuring, installing, and servicing custom window treatments in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is professional, hands-on, and comfortable working in customers’ homes.

Job Requirements:

• Experience installing blinds, shades, or similar home improvement products
• Basic hand and power tool knowledge
• Ability to measure accurately and read a tape measure
• Good attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be punctual, clean, and professional

Salary:

$20-$30 per blind
