Supervise medication staff to ensure compliance with Title 22 and facility policies.
Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and families to ensure continuity of care.
Conduct resident assessments, care plan updates, and follow-ups for changes in condition.
Provide training, in-services, and ongoing staff support in care and infection control.
Maintain accurate health and medication records and oversee audits and inspections
Qualifications:
Preferred: LVN
Required: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of Title 22, care, documentation, and medication management protocols.
