Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel packages

Provide expert advice on destinations, hotels, flights, and travel requirements

Build custom itineraries based on client interests, budgets, and travel goals

Process bookings, reservations, and payments accurately

Stay up to date on travel trends, entry/visa requirements, and airline policies

Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

Previous experience in the travel industry or customer service preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) is a plus

Passionate about travel with a strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Sales-oriented mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor
