We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Ticket Sales & Promotions Associate to join our team! In this role, you will support our company’s live concert events by promoting shows, managing ticket sales, and helping maximize attendance through both online and grassroots strategies.

You’ll work closely with our event and marketing teams to ensure each concert reaches its audience and achieves strong ticket performance. Ideal for someone with a passion for live entertainment, sales, and connecting with people!

Responsibilities:
Promote upcoming concerts across digital platforms and local networks

Assist with ticket sales through platforms like Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, or box office tools

Respond to customer inquiries about events and ticket purchases

Distribute flyers and marketing materials as needed

Coordinate with influencers, community partners, or groups to boost sales

Track sales performance and provide weekly updates

Assist onsite at events

Qualifications:
Excellent communication and people skills

Sales or customer service experience is a plus

Passion for music, concerts, or live events

Familiarity with ticketing platforms is helpful

Self-starter with a can-do attitude

Bilingual (Armenian/English or Spanish/English) is a plus
