Job Description:

Tax Preparer position available for an experienced accountant. This is a full-time, on site position. You will be working alongside a CPA to prepare Corporate, Partnership, and Individual tax returns using Lacerte Tax Software.
Experience required in Bookkeeping, Financial Statement preparations, and preparations of monthly and annual statements.

Job Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Tax Preparation experience of 4 years or more with Business and Individual Tax Returns.
Experience using Lacerte Tax Software is preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks online and desktop, and Microsoft Office.
Excel power user downloading bank statements, credit card data, sorting and uploading to QuickBooks.
Candidates must possess excellent writing and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team under CPA supervision, completing assigned projects diligently with accuracy while respecting deadlines.

Education & Credentials:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related fields.
CTEC or EA licensing required.

Compensation will be based on experience.
