SUPERVISOR FOR WAREHOUSE Needed

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our manufacturing facility. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment — ensuring safety, quality, and productivity every day.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all daily manufacturing and warehouse activities
Oversee order fulfillment, inventory control, and material handling
Prepare and adjust work schedules to meet production demands
Manage labor hours and payroll using an electronic timekeeping system
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to drive performance and growth
Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Maintain equipment and facility standards; troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Generate production, labor, and performance reports for management
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency
Qualifications
3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Strong knowledge of materials handling, inventory management, and logistics
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety compliance
Mechanical aptitude and ability to assist with equipment troubleshooting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
