Responsibilities: Engage with residential customers through door-to-door outreach or company-generated leads Conduct consultations to evaluate customer energy needs and explain solar benefits Create and present customized solar proposals Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success Collaborate with the installation and support teams for a seamless customer experience Stay informed about solar incentives, programs, and industry trends Job Requirements: Sales or customer service experience preferred Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-driven mindset Fluent in English (bilingual a strong plus: Spanish, Armenian, etc.) Must be comfortable with face-to-face interactions and/or phone sales Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license |
