Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Receptionist to be the brand face in a luxury interior design showroom. We need a customer-focused individual to welcome clients, assist with sales, coordinate appointments, and help create exceptional client experience. Our ideal candidate is a polished professional who will radiate our brand’s passionate commitment to timeless design, high quality craftsmanship and personalized client experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing a warm and friendly welcome to showroom visitors.
• Scheduling appointments for customers.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
• Processing customer payments for purchases and services.
• Providing impeccable customer service and addressing customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
• Assisting with promoting events.
• Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills: Ability to greet customers with a smile and provide superb service.
• Administrative experience: Some experience in an admin role and/or reception area.
• Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a tidy reception area.
• Communication skills: Proficiency in verbal communication and the ability to handle customer inquiries.
• Basic computer skills: Familiarity with customer data management software and appointment scheduling systems.
• Customer care: Ability to handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
• Promotional skills: Ability to promote promotions and events to customers.
• Physical stamina: Ability to stand, walk and lift as needed in a showroom environment.
• Language skills: Knowledge of intermediate English is a must. Knowledge of any other language is a strong advantage.

The job is full-time, Mon-Fri 9 am – 5 pm and Sat 9 am-3 pm.
