• Clear and confident communication with parents, athletes, and clients
• Mandatory experience in front-desk operations and sales
• Ability to sell memberships and additional services
• Assisting clients in a professional sports and martial arts environment
• Providing accurate information about programs, schedules, and pricing
• Maintaining a professional and organized front desk presence
• Daily work with families and athletes
• Commitment to long-term employment and growth within the organization

Compensation & Conditions:
• Bi-weekly pay
• Employment terms are discussed individually based on experience and qualifications
