Job Description:

Our company is an importer and wholesale distributor of Fine Wines, Spirits, and Specialty Foods, headquartered in North Hollywood, California. As we continue to grow, we are seeking qualified candidates for the Sales Manager & Merchandiser position. If you have experience and knowledge in the beverage or specialty food industry, we would welcome the opportunity to connect with you.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

- Create and maintain visually appealing product displays with proper shelf placement

- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed

- Oversee daily sales activities to ensure efficient operations

- Develop new accounts by planning and organizing daily outreach to existing and prospective customers

- Service existing accounts by maintaining positive business relationships

- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within established timelines

- Monitor competitors by gathering market information on pricing, products, and merchandising

- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity

Job Requirements:

- Must be 21 years of age or older

- Valid U.S. work authorization

- Valid driver’s license

- Prior experience in alcohol sales preferred

- Fluent in English; Armenian and/or Russian required

- Flexible schedule that will allow for work some evenings / weekends (as needed)

- Ability to problem solve and an inner drive to succeed

Salary:

$48,000 - $60,000
