Position Overview

The Sales & Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales, building new accounts, and providing outstanding customer support. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work efficiently across phone, email, and computer-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Handle B2B and B2C sales via phone, email, and online systems

Provide exceptional customer service, product information, and order support

Develop and manage new business accounts
