We are seeking a caring and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to participants of the center by conducting ongoing assessments including vital signs, medication reviews and care planning. Maintain accurate records (flow sheets and progress notes) and adjust care plans as necessary. Support participants with dignity, respect, and compassion. |
