Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Adult Day Care Center team in Burbank. The RN is responsible for providing clinical oversight, medication administration, health assessments, and care coordination for adult participants, including elderly and individuals with chronic conditions or disabilities. The RN ensures that participants receive appropriate care in a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment. At lease a few years experience in adult day care center required.

Job Requirements:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
CPR certification required

-Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments of participants.
-Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
-Monitor and document participants’ health status, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
-Provide first aid and manage emergencies or changes in medical condition.
-Develop and update individualized care plans in coordination with participants, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team.
-Communicate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare providers regarding participant care.
-Educate participants and caregivers about health conditions, medications, and wellness strategies.
-Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with regulatory standards.

-Supervise and provide clinical guidance to licensed practical nurses (LPNs), nursing assistants, and support staff.

-Participate in quality assurance and infection control initiatives.

-Ensure compliance with all applicable state, federal, and facility policies and regulations.
