Job Description:

We are a technology company and seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused team member to support restaurant onboarding and menu configuration. This role combines client coordination with menu setup responsibilities to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for restaurant partners.

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

Assist clients during the onboarding process
Follow up and communicate with clients
Build and update restaurant menus in the POS dashboard
Ensure menu information is accurate and organized

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable using computer software and online tools
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Restaurant or POS experience is a plus

Full training will be provided.
Full-time position with growth opportunities.
