The following are the key responsibilities of the role holder:
• Assist in selling and promoting the event venue for a variety of functions, including weddings, corporate events, social gatherings, and more.
• Support in managing daily venue operations, including event setup, maintenance, security, and cleanliness.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and clients to ensure all logistics and requirements are met.
• Support the General Manager in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Assist in budget management, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and contribute to business growth through repeat bookings and referrals.
