Job Description:

The Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) provides direct support to clients in a residential drug and alcohol treatment program. The RADT helps maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment while encouraging clients throughout their recovery journey. This position works closely with the clinical team to ensure clients receive quality care and services.

Job Requirements:

Current RADT certification, or willingness to obtain certification (assistance provided if otherwise qualified).
High school diploma or GED.
Valid California driver's license.
Experience working in a drug and alcohol treatment or behavioral health setting is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, dependable, and able to take initiative.
Basic computer skills and the ability to complete accurate documentation.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
Must be able to work the assigned schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform routine physical tasks throughout the shift.
