ANTICIPATED SELECTION PROCESS (WHICH MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE):
The District reserves the right to utilize a flexible pass point on any test part to meet the staffing needs as determined by the District.
• WRITTEN EXAMINATION: The written examination portion of the test may have multiple steps which may be administered on different days (50% of total score).
• ORAL EXAMINATION: The oral examination portion of the test may have multiple steps which may be administered on different days (50% of total score).

PARTICIPATION IN ALL PORTIONS OF THE EXAMINATION PROCESS IS BY OFFICIAL INVITATION ONLY. Candidates who do not participate and successfully pass all parts of the examination process will not be considered for the position.

POSITION DETAILS AND DUTIES:
FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME AND/OR SUBSTITUTE POSITION: SIX (6), SEVEN (7) OR EIGHT (8) HOURS PER DAY; TEN (10) MONTHS PER YEAR.

BASIC FUNCTION:
The job of Records Clerk is done for the purpose/s of registering of students and maintaining computerized student records and files at a High School, Adult Education or Continuation School; providing student information to authorized parties in compliance with established policies; and providing general clerical support, information and/or direction as assigned.

This job reports to designated administrator.
