Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) to join our residential drug and alcohol treatment facility. The RADT plays a critical role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey by ensuring safety, providing structure, and maintaining a therapeutic environment.

Duties include conducting regular rounds, dispensing medications, checking and recording vitals, assisting with daily routines and hygiene, and documenting client interactions. The RADT is a key part of the recovery team, working closely with clinical staff to maintain a safe and supportive atmosphere for all residents.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others and looking to grow in the behavioral health or addiction treatment field.

Job Requirements:

RADT certification (California or appropriate state)
If not yet certified, we can assist qualified candidates with obtaining certification
Current CPR certification is required and must be maintained throughout employment
If not yet certified, we can assist qualified candidates with obtaining CPR certification
High school diploma or GED
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write, and speak clearly
Computer literate – basic computer skills required
Must be able to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
