Personal Assistant/Errand Runner Needed- Անհրաժեշտ է անձնական օգնական/գործերի կատարող - Los Angeles, CA

The job is quite straightforward. I’ll send you a list of the items each client has ordered, and you’ll purchase them online.

The role consists of three main responsibilities:

1) Shopping – Purchasing the requested items from online stores based on the client’s order list. (Funds will be provided prior to the task)

2) Wrapping & Packaging – Once the items arrive, carefully wrapping and packaging them in the company bag, ensuring everything is properly prepared and securely packed for delivery.

3) Delivery Coordination – Once the items have been purchased, received, and packaged, a courier will pick them up directly from your address. The courier will then handle the delivery to the client’s address. Your responsibility will simply be to have the package ready for pickup and monitor the shipment to ensure it is processed promptly and scheduled to arrive before the client’s event.

Hours: Each task would require a maximum of 2 hours. Although it can be completed in less than that depending on quantity of items to purchase and your personal speed. (1 hour for online shopping and another hour for Administration). So that’s 4 hours weekly in total since i’ll be needing your assistance twice a a week

The timing is pretty flexible since you can complete the tasks at your own time just needs to be done before the set event time.
