Responsibilities

Run company‑issued leads promptly; maintain a minimum of 5 closed sales per month.
Manage active jobs: site visits, change‑orders, customer check‑ins.
Manage and develop relationships within your assigned territory to maximize sales opportunities.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
Keep ladders, measuring tools, and reliable transportation in good working order.
Attend all weekly sales meetings unless actively pitching a booked lead.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress.
Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in roofing or other door-to-door sectors.
Ability to climb roofs/attics and perform basic measurements.
Familiarity with construction sales environments is a plus.
Proficient in using CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients.
Self‑starter with time‑management discipline.
