Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Physical Therapy Aide to support licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will assist with non-clinical tasks such as preparing treatment areas, transporting patients, and maintaining equipment, helping ensure a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment.

Assist patients in preparing for therapy sessions (e.g., positioning, walking, transferring).
Set up and clean treatment areas before and after use.
Maintain and organize physical therapy equipment and supplies.
Observe and report patient responses and behaviors to supervising staff.
Ensure a clean and safe clinical environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
Transport patients within the facility when needed.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and maintaining patient records, if required.
Perform clerical and other duties as directed by the physical therapist or manager.

Job Requirements:

Fluent English & Armenian speaking

Bachelor of Kinesiology or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus.

Basic knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology is helpful.

CPR/First Aid certification (preferred or may be required).
