Operations Manager Needed - Glendale, CA

Working Hours: Rotating shifts (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM), 5 days/week

We are hiring three reliable and proactive Operations Managers to oversee the daily operations of our fast-paced online shop in Glendale. You will work in rotating shifts to ensure smooth warehouse operations, coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and supervise drivers. This role requires hands-on involvement in logistics and excellent organizational and leadership skills.

1. Inventory & Supplier Management
Receive and track incoming products from suppliers
Monitor inventory levels and update records
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely restocking


2. Warehouse Operations
Supervise product sorting, labeling, and shelving
Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized
Maintain product handling standards and quality checks


3. Delivery Management
Track drivers’ schedules and delivery routes
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Resolve any issues or delays in coordination with drivers


4. Staff Oversight & Salary Calculation
Monitor the work of delivery drivers and warehouse staff
Calculate and record daily salaries based on performance and hours
Maintain logs for driver tasks and work reports


5. Reporting & Coordination
Submit daily operation summaries
Collaborate with other managers during shift handovers
Participate in weekly planning meetings with management
