Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to assist with key operational, marketing, and administrative functions.

Coordinate operational processes and maintain organized records
Assist with marketing campaigns, social media, and digital outreach
Help maintain CRM systems and compile data for business decisions
Website administration

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative, operations, or marketing support (internships included)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools a plus
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
