| Job Description: | On-Site handyman for 18 unit apartment building. Must be willing to live on-site. Rent compensation will be given. Perform light maintenance items and repairs. Coordinate repairs with tenants and schedule access as needed. Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. |
| Job Requirements: |
Prior experience preferred Flexible hours depending on property needs. Fluency in Armenian and/or Russian is a plus. This is a part time position. |
