We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our body shop team. This person will help us stay on top of calls, scheduling, and daily operations.

• Answer incoming calls
• Take messages and schedule appointments
• Keep the office organized and clean
• Assist with paperwork
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies
• Support the manager with daily tasks

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable, responsible, and organized
• No experience required — we will train
