Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Van Nuys, CA (Relocating to Burbank, CA)
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start: Immediate Hire

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration
• Proficient in computer skills, including:
• Typing and emailing
• Numbers (spreadsheets) software
• Word processing software
• Must speak clear and fluent English
• Taking in new appointments
• Armenian language skills are a plus
• Must be a quick learner with strong multitasking abilities
• Exceptionally organized and reliable
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
• Willing to run errands as part of daily tasks
