Job Description:

We are looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant (Female)

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and through email with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize meetings for accountants and management staff.
• Maintain and organize client files, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
• Handle office supplies, orders, and inventory management.
• Provide general office administrative support as needed, including data entry, scanning, photocopying, and maintaining office equipment.
• Support accountants with document preparation for tax filings and other client services.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:
• Fluent English and Armenian with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer knowledge including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must have SSN and authorization to work in the US (Pay type - W2)
