Job Description:

We are a roofing company looking for motivated Armenian salespeople between the ages of 18 and 48 to join our outside sales team.

Location:

Primary: San Jose office (serving the San Francisco Bay Area)

Optional: Los Angeles after 6 months
Housing is provided in San Francisco
You may return to LA on weekends to visit family/friends

Job Responsibilities:

Go out into the field, talk to homeowners
Educate customers on roofing needs and help them sign contracts
You’ll be trained on everything you need to know
Work directly with our experienced sales and operations team
Build relationships, close deals, and make great money

Compensation:

50% of net profit from each sale
Average reps earn $10,000–$15,000/month
Top reps earn $20,000–$30,000/month
100% commission-based

Job Requirements:

Must be Armenian and speak fluent English
Must have lived in the United States for at least 10 years
Must have legal status to work in the United States.
Must have strong communication skills (This job is in English only)
Must have reliable transportation
Must have no criminal record
Must be hardworking, professional, and hungry to succeed
MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE IN THE USA

License Info:

A Home Improvement Salesperson License (HIS) is required
If you don’t have one, we’ll help you apply (takes about 5 weeks)
You must be prepared to support yourself for 2–3 months while you build your sales pipeline and start closing deals
