Job Description:

We are currently seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Nail Salon Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, they will be savvy with social media platforms and have a creative eye for content creation. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them with a warm welcome and ensuring their visit is enjoyable from start to finish. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, text, social media messages, scheduling appointments, managing client bookings, handling payments, and maintaining a clean and tidy studio. You will be responsible for assisting with our salon's social media presence, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community to promote our services.

Job Requirements:

Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
Schedule appointments and manage the salon's appointment calendar
Check clients in and out, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
Assist technicians with client needs as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Uphold salon policies and procedures to ensure a positive experience for clients and staff
Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
Create and curate content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages
Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase engagement and reach
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotions
