We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Medical Records & Lien Specialist to help our legal team with personal injury cases. The right person will have experience asking for, reviewing, and organizing medical records and bills, and also working with healthcare provider liens (medical bills that must be paid from a case settlement).

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare billing practices.
- Experience in personal injury law, medical records, billing, or healthcare liens is preferred.
- Familiarity with lien types such as Medi-Cal, Medicare, and hospital liens is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks with minimal supervision.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- On-site, Monday thru Friday at our Los Angeles, CA office.
