Front Office / Medical Assistant / Billing Specialist (Armenian-Speaking) – Vascular Practice (1 position)

About Us:

Our Center, led by Dr. Ramtin Massoudi, is a premier vascular practice providing advanced treatments for varicose veins, peripheral vascular disease, and other vascular conditions. We are looking for dedicated team members to join our growing practice.

Positions Available:

• Front Office Receptionist – Manage patient check-ins, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.

• Medical Assistant – Assist with patient care, vitals, procedures, and medical documentation.

• Billing Specialist – Handle insurance verification, billing, and claims processing.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Armenian (required) – to assist our Armenian-speaking patients.

• Previous experience in a medical office (preferred).

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and medical billing software (for billing position).

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
