Urgent Care One is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate part-time Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced urgent care clinic in Sun Valley, CA. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-energy environment, provides excellent patient care, and supports both clinical and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and documenting medical history
- Collect required paperwork and use EHR to check in patients
- Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures
- Perform basic lab tests, specimen collection, and EKGs as needed
- Administer injections and medications under provider supervision
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Clean and sterilize medical instruments and exam rooms
- Handle front office duties including patient check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and scheduling
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards
