Job Description:

We are not looking for an employee. We are looking for someone who wants to build and grow their own automotive business.

What's Already in Place

California Dealer License with Auto Broker Endorsement
Fully operational office that has passed DMV inspection
Bond, insurance, and legal business structure
Operating capital and business funding in place

What We Offer

Up to 50% of net profits
Opportunity to earn up to 30% ownership in the company based on performance
Full autonomy to develop and manage daily operations

Please include a brief introduction about yourself and your experience.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the U.S. automotive industry (dealership, auto brokerage, leasing, or F&I)
Experience with Manheim, ADESA, and automotive financing programs is a strong plus
California Vehicle Salesperson License, or willingness to obtain one quickly (we will assist)
Fluent in English and Russian
Authorized to work in the United States
