Manager/Host/Waitress greets guests upon arrival and departure in a manner such that they feel welcome and want to return. This position is also responsible for opening and/or closing duties while also coordinating the retail and lounge activities with the Host Person, ensuring the sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere of the social club.
• Perform the duties and responsibilities of the Manager/Host/Waitress combined with the following.
• MUST Speak English and MUST Be Female!
• Assist the owner in the day to day operations of the membership social lounge.
• Be able to complete inventory forms and updates on current stock.
• Manage daily social media posting and communicate with members and clients.
• Write legible and detailed notes while documenting daily changes for record keeping.
• Assist as a brand ambassador for membership inquiries.
• Communicated directly with owner regarding purchase orders and checking in new inventory.
• Anticipate guest needs by constantly scanning the lounge areas.
• Perform basic cafe responsibilities, such as stocking water, soda, and juices, making coffee, tea, fruit trays, operating the payment management.
• Keep positive control of all guest spaces including cleaning,
• Day open and closing routines, trash mitigation, restroom and kitchen cleanliness.
