Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our plumbing office team. This is a fast-paced office position that requires strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

* Scan, organize, and email invoices and other documents
* Open, review, and process incoming invoices
* Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
* Contact customers regarding appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups
* Schedule service appointments and maintain the daily calendar
* Take accurate notes and relay messages to the appropriate team members
* Perform general administrative and office support duties
* Maintain organized digital and physical records

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

* Fluent in English (required)
* Strong computer skills and accurate typing skills (required)
* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment
* Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
* Attention to detail and reliability
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred but not required
* Previous office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
