Job Description:

The Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe movement of petroleum products from terminals to customer locations.

This position supports daily operations through real-time dispatching, scheduling, routing, and coordination with drivers, customers, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, proficient with computers, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced logistics environment. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Job Requirements:

Ability to work flexible hours on-site and remotely.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, dispatching software, and logistics platforms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams, drivers, and customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, routing, and transportation principles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
-18 or older, High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Clean Background Check
- No DUIs, and must be able to pass periodic Drug and Alcohol Testing
- Required to be fluent in English, capable of reading and writing. Second language - Spanish is preferred

$70,000-$80,000
