Downtown LA Law Group LLP, a CA-based law firm, is seeking to hire a full-time Associate Attorney in Los Angeles. Eligible candidates must have a minimum of a Master of Laws or JD, or a U.S. foreign equivalent. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California. The Associate will conduct litigation, file motions, present oral arguments, and make an appearance in the Court on behalf of most clients for case management. Conduct Mandatory Settlement Conference, Trial Setting Conference, and order to show cause final status conference. Will conduct research and prepare briefs & offers based on the California Civil Code. Will report to the Managing Attorney and maintain client files and work on the firm's defined case management database. Full-time 40 hours per week, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
