Key Responsibilities:

-Assist attorneys in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents

-Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates, gather information, and schedule meetings or hearings.

-Organize and maintain case files, including managing and tracking deadlines for filings, hearings, and other important events.

-Prepare and file legal documents with courts

-Provide administrative support such as managing attorney calendars

-Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
