Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Legal Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect all possible information, evidence, and documentation necessary for handling cases
Communicate with clients by phone and email, and provide updates on case status
Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers
Prepare and file legal correspondence
Perform data entry and maintain accurate database records
Support attorneys and fellow staff members in daily operations to ensure the efficient operation of the firm.

Job Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Armenian with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Russian (preferred)
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize responsibilities.
