Job Description:

Glendale Law Firm is in need of a full-time LEGAL ASSISTANT who will be working with and assisting two attorneys and several paralegals. Law office experience is a plus. This is not a remote job.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting in drafting letters and pleadings, preparing files for hearings, reviewing voluminous incoming mail and e-mails, contacting law offices and medical offices, and helping attorneys in moving along cases.

Job Requirements:

Follow directions well/quick learner/work and get along with different personalities
**Excellent written and verbal communication skills
**Punctual with good attendance/Excellent time management skills
**Good skills in utilizing Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
**Energetic/Self-motivated/Enthusiastic and eager to learn/ Pleasant demeanor
**Able to multitask at all times/ Highly detail-oriented
**Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
**Able to work in a very fast-paced office, assisting multiple people (attorneys/hearing reps./paralegals) on a daily basis
