Key Responsibilities:
Request, follow up, and collect medical records and billing from providers
Prepare and submit DMV forms related to client cases
Request and obtain police reports from law enforcement agencies
Communicate with health insurance companies regarding subrogation claims and liens
Maintain accurate case files and update internal systems with relevant documentation
Assist the paralegal with day-to-day administrative and case management tasks
Professionally interact with clients, medical providers, and insurance representatives

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual in Farsi and Armenian (highly preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to follow-ups
Experience in a legal, medical billing, or insurance setting is a plus but not required – we will train the right candidate

Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic
