Legal Assistant/Junior Paralegal - Glendale, CA

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• At least 2 years prior experience working in a law firm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proper spelling and grammar
• Extreme attention to detail
• Team player
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
• Computer savvy, and comfortable using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe as well as case management software (prior experience with Clio preferred), drafting software (prior experience with Wealth Counsel Documents preferred), and various AI platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have a BA or Paralegal Certification
• Notary publique certification or willingness to become a notary
• Must love dogs (we have them visit the office often) and must have a sense of humor
