Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales & Operations Coordinator to support daily office operations, sales activities, and customer engagement. This is an entry-to-mid-level role ideal for someone looking to grow into sales operations and business management.

Job Requirements:

Sales & Customer Support
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Support B2B and B2C customers (designers, electricians, contractors, retail clients)
- Assist with in-store customer service and direct sales
- Maintain and update customer lists and contact records

Operations & Administration
- Create invoices and manage inventory using Square
- Process orders, shipping, and purchase orders
- Maintain daily inventory and asset records
- Update online product price lists on the company website

Sales Support & Reporting
- Track daily sales and inventory movement
- Assist with sales route planning and updates
- Support field sales activity with follow-ups and coordination
- Prepare simple sales and operational reports using templates
