We are growing and looking for a full time Receptionist who is warm, polished, and obsessed with service. Weekends are part of the regular schedule.

What you will do:

• Welcome guests with a genuine smile and VIP energy from hello to goodbye
- Answer phones, emails, and schedule appointments
- Process payments and keep the front desk running smoothly
- Keep reception and spa areas clean and welcoming
- Assist with daily spa operations and team coordination
- Support basic social media tasks (content creation is a plus!)
• Jump in where needed so every guest leaves saying I cannot wait to come back

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication
• Social media savvy
• Content creation is a plus (If you are good at it say so in your email)
• Professional, punctual, and detail oriented
• Calm under pressure with a hospitality first mindset
• Able to work a full time schedule that includes Saturdays and Sundays
