Job Description:

We are a company that provides:

Commercial services to restaurants/residentials,
Looking to find a professional,
Female only secretary/dispatching,
Office experience advanced,

Degree will be an advantage and will be valued right away.

For 40 hours a week.
Monday - Friday 7 AM-3 PM; option to 8 AM- 4 PM
Option to work on Saturday as well when the office is needed (not a must)

1. Calling/ receiving calls
2. Dispatching the teams.
3. Able to work with Google Calendar
4. Knowledge(not a must) with QuickBooks Online (we can help with that as long as you fit the spot)
5. Able to send emails

NOTE: Office located at - Canoga Park 91303
We are looking to hire within 1-5 miles away from Canoga Park max.

Job Requirements:

Must know city locations in Greater Los Angeles and OC

(Where is Costa Mesa? Where is Camarillo Etc., as it's a dispatching position as well)
1. Responsibility, common sense, and work ethic
2. Well-spoken English speaking (Spanish advanced)
3. Organized person + able to do 2 things at the same time.
4. Ability to work under pressure (sometime)
5."Thinking outside the box" and issue-resolving
6. Self-confidence over the phone.
7. NO criminal records or drug use.
8. Teams person
