Janitorial Services Needs Worker - Pasadena, CA

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to perform regular cleaning and light maintenance duties for a commercial building. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and maintains high cleanliness standards. Hourly pay based on experience. This is an 4 days a 4-day-a-week job (9 AM-1:00 PM).

Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly
Restock the bathroom and cleaning supplies
Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Maintain cleaning equipment and notify if repairs or replacements are needed
Ensure the building is secure and presentable after each visit
