Job Requirements: Minimum Requirements: -Minimum 2 years’ experience using Synergy software -Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Health as an intake coordinator -Strong knowledge of intake coordination, patient admissions, and office scheduling -Excellent organizational and communication skills -Ability to manage office operations and support compliance requirements - Fluent, professional English (must speak clearly with no heavy accent) - Home Health Agency experience required – strong understanding of operations, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance. - Proven ability to manage staff, patients, and day-to-day agency workflow while maintaining excellent patient care standards. - Exceptional phone etiquette, communication skills, and professionalism. - Must perform well under pressure and handle high-volume situations confidently. - Looking for someone who wants a long-term career, not just a job — motivated to grow with our company and contribute to its success.
