We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented In-House Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking
Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting functions
Create and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel
Assist with monthly and year-end closing procedures
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company financial policies
Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal staff
Requirements
Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience with account reconciliation
Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Must speak and communicate fluently in English
